IN-STORE
All sales are final due to the nature of the store. We allow for exchange on defective battery operated, mechanical merchandise within 7 days of receipt. If you are unable to make it into the store, please notify the store if there are any issues within the 7 day time frame.
ONLINE
All sales are final due to the nature of the store. We allow for exchange on defective battery operated, mechanical merchandise within 7 days of the orders delivery date. Exchanges will only be accepted if pre-authorized through email or telephone.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please note that we do not ship out of Canada, and that any orders placed in error will be charged a $5 transaction fee.
